Editorial Illustration

I illustrated an article from the Trilobite section of The New York Times. The article was titled “When Pigs Cry: Tool Decodes the Emotional Lives of Swine”. This was for a class assignment for the Illustration Markets course, taught by Prof. Ryan Sanchez at Savannah College of Art & Design.

I intentionally chose an article that focused on a new scientific finding because my STEM background and personal interest in science communication. Although, the assignment required a single full-page illustration, I ended up finalizing multiple illustrations for my own enjoyment.
